Reports
This section covers the Reports menu option.
3.1 Key Reports
This section covers key reports.
Depending on the specific customer, the following key reports are available:
KPI Dashboard allows the user to generate a KPI report for a selected concept between two selected dates.
KPI Dashboard (single site) allows the user to generate a KPI report (including Late Items by Volume and Top
Selling Items) for a selected single site between two selected dates.
Late Items by Volume lists late item percentages and volume as a bubble grid by hour by day for a seven day
period by concept and site.
Late Items Statistics lists late item statistics for a four or six week period by concept and site.
3.2 Other Reports
This section covers other reports.
Depending on the specific customer, the following other reports are available:
Defrost lists quantities by day and hour of all defrost items for seven days from the selected start date.
Excessively Late Orders lists all the sites and that have orders longer than the selected order time for the selected
concepts between the selected dates.
Hot Holds lists quantities by day and hour of all hot hold items for seven days from the selected start date.
Items Delivered lists the kitchen delivery times of all items (except drinks) between the selected dates.
Items Delivered by Timeslot lists the kitchen delivery times of all items (except drinks) between the selected dates for
the selected days in the selected time period.
iOrders lists all the sites that have had iOrders between the selected dates.
Item Prep. Time lists the quantity and average prep time of all the items sold for the selected concepts between the
selected dates. The items are listed in the selected order.
Item Prep. Time (single site) lists the quantity and average prep time of all the items sold for the selected site between
the selected dates. The items are listed in the selected order.
Item Prep. Time by Item Name lists the quantity and average prep time of the selected item between the selected dates
for the sites in the selected concepts. The sites are listed in the selected order.
Items Ordered lists the average order time, longest order time, shortest order time, number of items and item
percentage of total for each item ordered for the selected site between the selected dates.
Last Orders lists the time the last order of the day arrived in the kitchen for the selected courses for seven days from
the selected start date.
Late Items by Minute lists the number of late items for seven or twenty eight days (depending on selection) by the
entered late band count in minutes.
Late Items by Period lists preparation late item count, delivery late item count, number of items, average preparation
time and average delivery time for thirteen periods of seven or twenty eight days (depending on selection) from the
selected start date. The selected start date is the last day of the period being reported on.
Late Items by Week lists the percentage of late items and the average item delivery time for each day for the number
of weeks selected.
Late Orders by Period lists the number of late orders, the number of orders and the percentage of late orders for the
selected courses and period.
Late Orders by Week lists the percentage of late orders for the selected courses from the entered start date. There is
one value for each week and it runs for each concept. The start date is the first day of week 1.
Lost Sales lists the lost sales for seven days from the selected start date for the selected days of the week and
courses. A Lost Sale is where the kitchen delivery time is greater than the selected Lost Sales Threshold.
Manual Holds lists the number of manual holds, number of orders and percentage of manual holds for the selected
concepts between the selected dates.
Missing Data lists sites for which Kitchen Screen data has not been received since the selected date.
Problem Hours lists the one-hour timeslots that have the highest percentage of late orders (except drinks) between
the selected dates.
Special Items lists quantity sold and average delivery time for each defined Special Item between the selected dates
and selected hours.
Wait Times lists the average wait time for seven days from the selected start date for the selected courses.
Week on Week Process Times lists the Kitchen Screen order process times for the previous selected weeks from the
selected start date.
Week on Week Process Times by Day lists the Kitchen Screen order process times for the previous four weeks from
the selected start date for the selected days.
Seven Days Late Orders / Manual Holds lists the number of late orders vs. number of orders and the number of
manual holds vs. number of orders for seven days from selected the selected date.
12 Week Late Items lists late item statistics for a twelve week period for the selected site.
12 Week Late Items (by day of week) the percentage of late items for the week starting with the selected start
date and the eleven preceding weeks.
3.3 Screen Reports
This section covers Screen reports.
Depending on the specific customer, the following Screen are available:
Late Order Percentages displays the percentage of orders that were delivered after the selected Late Order Minutes
time, the total number of orders that were delivered after the selected Late Order Minutes time and the total number
of orders - for each selected site on each day in the selected Start Date / End Date range.
Items in the Kitchen displays all the items that were in the kitchen for the selected day and courses between the
selected start and end times.
Items by Period displays all the items sold on an hourly basis for the selected days and courses.
3.4 Diagnostic Reports
This section covers Diagnostic reports.
Depending on the specific customer, the following Diagnostic reports are available:
Bespoke Reports lists the bespoke reports that have been run.
Duplicate Orders lists all the duplicate orders that have occurred between the selected dates.
KPI Click Thru lists the number of click thrus that have been recorded from emails to the Dashboard, KPI Viewer,
Service Summary and Trend.
This optionally also runs the Performance Map Click-Thru report.
Missing Data lists sites for which Kitchen Screen data has not been received in the last 24 hours.
No KS Orders lists sites for which the Kitchen Screen system was running but no orders were received during the
last 24 hours.
PiKS Diagnostics lists all the PiKS Units that have exceeded the selected Temperature, Memory and Disk Space
limits in the selected number of days..
Site Settings lists various site settings for the sites in the selected concepts.
Sites with no Order Summary lists sites that have no order summary records in selected number of days but were
open (and maybe trading by virtue of a 'Start-up' record but no 'No Orders sent to KS' record).
System Error lists all the Kitchen Screen errors that have occurred in the preceding 24 hours.
Temperature Exceeded lists all the Kitchen Screens that have exceeded the selected temperature in the preceding
24 hours.
Unexpected Reboot lists all the sites and reboot times for Kitchen Screen systems that have been unexpectedly
rebooted between the selected dates.
Versions lists all the Kitchen Screen software version numbers.
3.5 Site Insight
This section covers site insight.
This report allows the user to to analyse and profile a selected site.
3.6 Performance Map
This section covers performance map.
This report allows the user to to view the Late Items by Volume report for a concept with the sites overlaid in a map of
the UK.
3.7 KS Live
This section covers KS Live.
This allows the user to connect to a site and view the live KS statistics and download the latest ksaudit file.
3.8 KS Live Dashboard
This section covers KS Live Dashboard.
This displays a dashboard of the current live KS statistics for the selected customer and concept.
