Send Images
This section covers the assigning of prep images to customer kitchen types.
Select the required customer and kitchen type from the dropdown lists.
Click on the view sites button to view the sites that are assigned to the selected kitchen type in another window.
When the kitchen type is selected the search is automatically performed and all images that are assigned to the kitchen type are displayed in grid format.
Images that are assigned to the selected kitchen type but NOT assigned to be sent to the site, will have the 
icon next to the 
icon at the start of the line.
Images that are assigned to the selected kitchen type AND already sent (or assigned to be sent) to the site, will have the 
icon next to the rt of the line.
By definition:
In Kitchen and Image Sent will display as 
when is displayed.
In Kitchen will display as 
when is displayed.
The Page No. denotes the display order on the Logwood Kitchen Screen System.
If the Page No. says thumbnail then the thumbnail image is displayed on the kitchen screen when the item is displayed.
Page numbers will automatically be renumbered to remove gaps.
The In Kitchen value denotes whether the image has been assigned to be sent to the sites or just assigned to the kitchen type.
The Image Sent value denotes whether the assignment has actually been physically sent to the sites or not.
The Prep/SOP value denotes whether the assignment is a prep image, a SOP (standard operating procedure) image or both.
Add an image to the Kitchen
Click on the icon to add the image to the kitchen.
It will be removed from the upper part of the grid and added to the lower part of the grid.
Remove an image from the Kitchen
Click on the icon to add the remove the image from the kitchen.
It will be removed from the lower part of the grid and added to the upper part of the grid.
Upload images to the Kitchen
Select the required site or <All> for all sites that will receive the images from the Sites dropdown lists.
By default, files will be sent at 01.00 am so as not to interfere with the Logwood Kitchen Screen System working on site.
This can be overridden by checking the Action Now checkbox.
Note: this is a two stage process and may take some time to complete.
Click on the action button to upload the images (and all associated PLU's) to the selected site or sites.
On completion, the Image Sent value will change from to .
View Image
Click on br>
A thumbnail of the image will be shown to the right of the details.
To view a large version of any image click on its thumbnail.
The large version will appear in an overlaid image window.
Click on the close button to close the image window.
